do not like mornings, do not understand mornings.

Due to children I rise (oo-er) at 6am every morning. Actually I used to get up this early anyhow, by choice, much to the chagrin to girlfriends who all wanted to lie in bed until...midday...

Ya hear that Pat - you're a girl. I'm callin' you out!

I do need a sleep in the afternoon though, and am crap from 2pm - 6pm. After that I'm fantastic again.

Pat, I'm with you on the mornings thing.
I would like to be able to wake early and be awake, but have never been able to. I've been a night owl since childhood.
Once I acepted this and got up late and worked in the evenings I was much happier.
The only time I se an early morning is when I haven't been to bed yet, and I have to say that it is lovely.

minxtress - i love the mornings, it's the being awake for it that is the problem.

recently i have gotten all out of synch with my sleep patterns and have tried to stay up through the night to get into work early (which would shock a few). all that happens is i nod off at the moment i should go to work and snooze and snooze and then snooze somemore.

i should have been a rock star.

shep - as much as i like you (and i love you like a hulkamaniac brother) i am not getting into bed with you - just so you can get up (phnarr phnarr) at 6am.
