the “perfect storm” is supposed to be hitting the uk today. when i woke up i could see it had rained. when i got out into the early morning air i could feel a nip in the wind.
a brisk longish walk in the bracing breeze and a light drizzle, nature’s own wake up call.
a great way to start the day.
